You can be reviewed by any user on Advokatguiden, using the Review section on your profile. Here, the reviewer can fill how you have performed on different criteria, write a description about this review and give a score from 1 to 5.

You can send an invitation to someone to let them review you. The invitation is sent by email to this person and links directly to your profile, starting the reviewing process.

After a review has been submitted, you will receive a notification by email and your dashboard will indicate and display that a review is pending, waiting for approval. You can then either accept or reject the client's relationship. The name of the person who reviewed you won't be displayed after you have accepted their review.

You can't delete a review on Advokatguiden, however if you believe it's a bug or a mistake, you can contact our support and we will check your review.

We try to keep as much control as possible on the reviews and we go through them daily to make sure that no wrong or false reviews are posted on Advokatguiden.

You can claim your profile by looking for it on Advokatguiden. When you found it, you can click on the button "Claim my profile" under your profile picture, fill your professional email address and we will send you a link to set up your profile. If the email address isn't matching the one we have saved on our side, we will manually review your claiming request.

Claiming a profile is free and doesn't require you to give us any billing information. You can claim and use your profile for free, as long as you want.

Claiming your profile gives you more control over it and lets you enjoy the features of Advokatguiden. Also, claimed profiles have better rankings on search results than non-claimed profiles. Claiming your profile doesn't mean that you have to upgrade to Premium.

After you have requested to claim your profile, we will send a link to your email to finish the claim. You will be able to choose a password and update basic information about your profile. Then, you can log in through the platform normally, using the password you have defined.

Advokatguiden Premium is a service we offer lawyers who have claimed their profile and want to benefit from more features. It includes more profile customization, a better position in search results, and the possibility to be featured on the homepage of the website, alongside other features. Advokatguiden can be used for Free by any lawyer. Features like getting reviewed, basic customisation of the profile after claiming are included in the Free plan.

Advokatguiden Premium costs 5.900 DKK per year. MVA not included.

Yes, as of today we invoice for 12 months at a time

After 1 year, you can cancel your subscription at any time with a 3-month notice period. You do this easily on the dashboard, under "Subscription".You will receive a confirmation email immediately after cancelling your renewal

Advokatguiden Premium is valid for one year. If you cancel your renewal before the end of your period, you'll still benefit from your advantages until the end.

Leads are direct demands submitted by users on Advokatguiden, after filling in the following form. Leads are manually checked by our team before being forwarded to you. These leads include client's names, contact information, location, legal expertise required and a message to describe what they need.

On your dashboard, in the Lead section, you can activate the feature and choose what expertise you would like to receive leads on. Then leads are sent to your email, and also displayed on the Lead section on your dashboard. You can follow up on them and sort your leads.

Yes, leads are a Premium feature and require to have a Premium subscription to be activated. Special deals can be done with law firms and lawyers, you can contact sales to get more information.

Yes, you can choose what legal category you want to receive leads on, alongside the desired location, either city or counties.

Yes, leads are an add-on to the Premium subscription and will cost you 200 DKK per lead received.

We send the lead to your email and also display them in the "Lead" section on your dashboard. You have a complete history of your leads here.

Yes, you can set a limit on how many leads you want to receive per month.

You can turn leads on/off any time in your settings. However you'll still have to pay fot the leads you received before turning it off.

Payments on Advokatguiden are made with invoicing. If you have subscribed to leads or bought a Premium profile, you'll receive invoices on the email you have provided to us.

If you believe that there is a mistake in the invoicing, you can contest your invoice by contacting our support and the contact email in the invoice.

Invoices aren't stored on Advokatguiden but we can provide a history of all of your invoices if you need it.

Invoices have to be paid within the month you have received it, to ensure the maintaining of your Premium account.

We send our invoices by email, to the address you have provided us in your billing information.

Our algorithm automatically highlights lawyers who have claimed their profile, updated it with additional information, uploaded a photo of themselves and collected their first reviews. We recommend all lawyers to invite previous clients to leave a review on Advokatguiden of the work done by the lawyer. The more reviews, the more confidence potential new clients will have in you and your profile,and the higher up in the search results your profile will appear.
